Choose from 3 types of Poles (20FT Anchor Base, 25FT Anchor Base or 20FT Direct Burial), specifications below. Pole Shaft – The pole shaft is extruded from seamless 6063-T6 aluminum. Pole Top – A welded top tenon is provided for poles. Hand Hole – An above ground 3″ x 5″ hand hole and grounding provision are provided. Cover and cover attachment hardware also included. Anchor Base and Cover – The anchor base is cast from 356 alloy aluminum and supplied with an aluminum two-piece base cover. The completed pole assembly is heat-treated to a T6 temper. Anchor Bolts – Anchor bolts are provided with two hex nuts and two flat washers. Bolts have an “L” bend on one end, with 3.15 threaded length on the other end, hot dip galvanized finish. Finish -Poles are powder coated. Before powder coating, the poles are treated by sand blasting machine. It will increase the life span of the powder coating finish. Packaging – All poles are packaged in three layers and the finish is well protected. Design Criteria – Standard EPA (Effective Projected Area) and weight values are based on Criteria (with 3 second gust factor) for side and top mounted fixtures only. Satisfactory performance of light poles is dependent upon the pole being properly attached to a supporting foundation of adequate design. Base Plate- 10.5″ x 10.5″ x 0.75. Anchor Base and Cover – A wiring access hole is prepared for the pole. It is located approximately 18 below grade. It will increase the life sp an of the powder coating finish. 20FT Pole (after burial) Dimensions. Shaft Height- 20′ (after burial). This pole is 24FT before burial.
