I would say it is circa 1950′s-60′s. It is 110v with a 175W Mercury Vapor bulb. The cast metal in the light is in very good condition, just needs cleaning. The ballast appears to have been changed at one point, as it doesn’t “hums” loudly as the very old ones. The original porcelain bulb socket with the “PEMCO” wording on it is still there and in great condition. The reflector has the early round clamps. The refractor is a plastic Westinghouse that has several cracks on it. One of them went from top to bottom, but it was fixed with some epoxy at one point and it has held up pretty nice, but now its beginning to “yellow” out due to the UV light from the MV bulb, as shown in the pictures. Either squirrels or chipmunks have attempted to chew on the blue photocell on top, but it still works fine. I haven’t seen one of these in quite a while. Please see my other auctions.
