This is a bit out of my wheelhouse. I picked this up from an electrician. Not a single clue how to test it or what it does. I will mention he had a lot of electrical parts, everything was in pretty good condition. It looked like he kept parts after completing electrician jobs. He told me this worked, but I really can’t say.
