The box says no lamp, but I have oodles of bulbs, too, so I will put one in the box so you will have ALL you need to make it work! The fixture (lens & ballast & housing), the arm, the photocell, the hardware, the bulb, everything! Also be aware that these boxes are new and sealed from the factory from the late 1960s.
