Ok here we have a Pelican 9460 Rals Light set up. This one is parts or repair. The clerk that took it in said the lights were working when it came in. Now it does not do anything. I charged it on and off for a few days. The display is black at all times. The charger shows that it is charging and shows green after a few hours. It does not turn on, light up, or anything.
